Is ISIS getting support from the Turkish government?

(Ankara) A lot must has been said of late about Turkey's refusal to join the neighbours in tackling ISIS. How it hasn't clamped down on jihadists using the country as a conduit to murder, rape and pillage and how it has refused the US from basing aircraft there in which to launch airstrikes against these blood thirsty religious bigots who are rampaging across Syria and Iraq.

Well, it has now come out in the wash (via the Turkish media) that wounded ISIS terrorists are getting treated with the best care that the Turkish health service can afford them. Of course the Turkish government has denied treating these bigots, but if true, it would speak volumes of the Islamic aspirations of the Islamist government which rules Turkey.
